Maison Kiné Rivage

Understand the care journey before booking. A calm concept that makes specialties, proposed steps, practical questions and access legible before contact.

Context
The capture shows a physiotherapy practice concept: cover, specialties, care steps, access, FAQs and an enquiry form are gathered into one proposed journey. This study concerns the proposed hierarchy, not real care.
Tension
Make the journey concrete without turning demonstration content into a patient review, clinical outcome or validated medical information.
Decision
Put specialties, the proposed steps, practical questions and access before the booking request.

Contact journey

Reason for consultation → specialty to explore → proposed steps and practical questions → access → booking request.

Mobile adaptation

On mobile, the cover and call to action come before the image, then specialties, the three steps, the form, access and FAQs stack into a readable sequence. The mobile capture keeps “Book an appointment” and “Call the practice” as visible routes, but they remain demonstration elements to be approved.

Choices visible in the interface

Three choices, three screen translations.

For each choice: the need it answers, the design trade-off and its visible translation in the capture.

What you can judge

An honest study shows its limit.

This is an uncommissioned studio concept. Specialties, medical information, contact details, hours and visible content must be approved by the practitioner before real use. The displayed reviews and data are fictional and do not prove any outcome.
