Garage Sébastien

Reassure before the first call. A clear service path for an independent garage: explain the work, prepare an enquiry and keep the phone route visible on mobile.

Context
A driver comparing local workshops on a phone needs to understand whether this garage can help before making a call.
Tension
Make technical expertise credible without jargon, while keeping a direct route for an urgent request.
Decision
Write services from symptoms and keep calling beside a genuinely useful enquiry form.

Context and constraint

The frame before the screen.

A driver comparing local workshops on a phone needs to understand whether this garage can help before making a call.

Make technical expertise credible without jargon, while keeping a direct route for an urgent request.

Contact journey

Need or warning light → understood service → vehicle information → workshop appointment.

Mobile adaptation

On mobile, the cover keeps both primary actions and services stack into one column. The phone appears in the “Let’s talk about your vehicle” block before the form, separating direct contact from a prepared enquiry. The capture cannot prove that the form is connected to a real workshop.

Choices visible in the interface

Three choices, three screen translations.

For each choice: the need it answers, the design trade-off and its visible translation in the capture.

On screen
The contact block shows trade-specific fields before the final action.

03

Keep two routes for different urgency levels

Need
Urgent questions and considered requests need different routes.
Choice
Keep the phone route beside the appointment and quote actions.
On screen
The cover actions and contact phone remain visible before the form.

The capture documents a proposed contact path, not a connected phone service.

What you can judge

An honest study shows its limit.

This journey has not been tested against real workshop calls. Reviews, availability, prices and opening times are demonstration content only.

Provenance

A documented direction.
